Daktarin

Daktarin contains miconazole nitrate, an imidazole antifungal agent that may act by interfering with the permeability of the fungal cell membrane. It possesses a wide antifungal spectrum and has some antibacterial activity

Indications

Treatment of athlete’s foot; Treatment of mycotic infections of the skin and nails and superinfections due to Gram-positive bacteria. The oral gel is indicated for oral treatment of fungal infections of the oropharynx and gastrointestinal tract.
