This creates an environment which allows the scar to mature through normalised collagen synthesis cycles and improves the physiological and cosmetic appearance of the scar. Kelo-cote is available with additional UV SPF 30 for areas that require additional protection, such as face, neck and hands, and a spray, ideal for joints, flexures, hairy areas or sensitive scars such as those caused from burns.
