Concentrated medical hydrating gel-cream developed for the aftercare and hydration of vulnerable skin immediately after wound closure, combining freshly processed aloe barbadensis leaf juice (Aruba Aloe vera) with oils and ingredients such as jojoba oil, vitamin E and vitamin C to deeply hydrate, support restoration of the skin barrier, reduce itching and redness, help lower the risk of abnormal scar formation, and improve the flexibility of tight or less elastic skin, including skin affected by burns or scalds. Also available with added SPF 30 sun protection.
Aftercare of burns and scalds, skin grafts and donor sites, surgical wounds after closure, and skin affected by radiotherapy, laser treatments or hypostatic eczema.

Quick-drying, non-greasy and non-sticky medical silicone gel enriched with vitamin E. Forms an invisible matte finish, making it particularly suitable for use on the face or under cosmetic camouflage. Can be applied in a single smooth motion. Also available with SPF 40 UV protection for scars exposed to sunlight.
A 1.2 mm thick, transparent, self-adhesive medical silicone sheet for the treatment and prevention of abnormal scars. Washable and reusable and can be worn under clothing or in combination with compression therapy. For optimal results, it should be worn for 12–23 hours per day.
Ultra-thin (0.3 mm), flexible, self-adhesive and transparent medical silicone sheet for the treatment and prevention of abnormal scars. Designed for continuous wear for up to 7 days. After removal, the skin should be cleansed and a new sheet applied if continued treatment is required.
Clinically-proven, topical silicone gel for the management and prevention of old and new scars. It is self-drying and forms a bond with the outer layer of skin cells to form a flexible, breathable, waterproof barrier, providing hydration and protection to the scar. This creates an environment which allows the scar to mature through normalised collagen synthesis cycles and improves the physiological and cosmetic appearance of the scar. Kelo-cote is available with additional UV SPF 30 for areas that require additional protection, such as face, neck and hands, and a spray, ideal for joints, flexures, hairy areas or sensitive scars such as those caused from burns.
