Ritlecitinib (Litfulo)

Ritlecitinib irreversibly and selectively inhibitsjanus kinase (JAK) 3 and the tyrosine kinase expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (TEC) kinase family by blocking the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) binding site. In cellular settings, ritlecitinib specifically inhibits γ -common cytokines (IL-2, IL-4, IL-7, IL-15 and IL-21) signalling through JAK3-dependent common-γ chain receptors.

Regaine for Men Foam and Solution contain 5% of the active ingredient, minoxidil. Regaine for Women contains 2% minoxidil. The mechanism by which minoxidil stimulates hair growth is not fully understood, but it can reverse the hair-loss process of androgenetic alopecia by the following means: increasing the diameter of the hair shaft, stimulating anagen growth, prolonging the anagen phase, and stimulating anagen recovery from the telegon phase. A peripheral vasodilator, minoxidil enhances microcirculation to hair follicles. It also stimulates expression of vascular endothelial growth factor, indicative of the high metabolic activity observed in the anagen phase.
