Dermol 200 Shower Emollient

Dermol 200 is an antimicrobial shower emollient for direct application onto the skin and is suitable for use as a soap substitute. It contains 5% emollient oils and the well-known and effective antiseptics, benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine dihydrochloride, in a non-greasy aqueous system. Its antimicrobial properties assist in overcoming infection, whether from Staphylococcus aureus, the pathogen that often complicates eczema and associated pruritus, or secondary infection caused by scratching. As a non-ionic emollient soap substitute, it also cleanses the skin, helping to remove surface debris without removing the skin’s natural oils

Its antimicrobial properties assist in overcoming infection, whether from Staphlycoccus aureus, which often complicates eczema and associated pruritus, or secondary infection caused by scratching.
